Our Story

Back in 2008, Alfonsina Morgavi and Javier Marchese, co-founders of QActions, dreamed of having their own testing company. Both had already spent several years working in the field, embracing technological changes, gaining experience and driving projects and companies to success. They managed teams in different enterprises, until 2011, when they decided to join efforts and give identity to their own project starting-up QActions, a company exclusively dedicated to software quality assurance and control.

The beginning was difficult and involved a lot of passion and personal effort to keep moving forward, until 2015 when, after leading the first large-scale project, QActions started forging a name and reputation in the market, therefore its way to success.

After consecutive years of sustained and exponential growth, and a large portfolio of clients, QActions takes on a new challenge, by opening offices abroad.

Agile Cells: we integrate our team with part of your agile cells working in both manual and automated ways.

Devops: we assume QA role in your structure, joining development and operations to make software and applications available in optimal performance.

Javier Marchese

Chief Executive Officer

Javier Marchese, co-founder of QActions, has been related to Software Quality Assurance and Control industry for almost 20 years leading Testing Factory and Testing Services teams for a wide variety of projects and industries. With vast experience as consultant, professor and coach, has made great contributions to Testing Community. Graduated from CAECE University (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and specialized in “State of the Art” diagnoses, he continues his training with ISO 9000 seminars, among others.

Alfonsina Morgavi

Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer

Alfonsina Morgavi, co-founder of Qactions, is certified as a Software Quality Control Engineer by the Quality Assurance Institute. She has been gaining experience in the field for almost 30 years, developing and managing Testing teams for projects and companies to succeed. She represents Argentina at HASTQB, she is regular speaker at national and international conferences and is the driving force behind ISTQB certifications, as well as the use of latest techniques and tools for the execution of functional, automated, performance and security tests.

Eduardo Arrieta

Associate Director

Eduardo Arrieta, a member of the leadership team, has been working in the IT sector for more than 20 years, initially in the technical area and later in charge of teams and projects. He is responsible for the SAP business unit of QActions. He leads our work on these solutions every day. He advises costumers from differents industries and sizes in SAP SAP technology in order to speed up the digital transformation of companies. He has a degree in Systems from the CAECE University (Buenos Aires).
