Javier Marchese
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Javier Marchese, co-founder of QActions, has been a prominent figure in the field of software quality assurance and control for over 20 years, leading testing teams and factory services across a wide range of projects and industries. He has extensive experience as a consultant, professor, and coach, and has made significant contributions to the testing community. A graduate of CAECE University (Buenos Aires, Argentina), he specialized in “State of the Art Diagnosis” and continues to teach in seminars on ISO 9000, among others.
Alfonsina Morgavi, co-founder of QActions, is a Certified Software Quality Control Engineer by the Quality Assurance Institute, with over 30 years of experience in the field. She has developed and led testing teams to ensure the success of numerous companies and projects. She represents Argentina at HASTQB, is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, and is a driving force behind ISTQB certifications in the region. She promotes the use of modern testing techniques and tools, with a strong focus on functional, performance, and security test automation.

I’m responsible for managing relationships with current and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, presenting our services, and supporting project development from the initial contact through to implementation. I work closely with technical and management teams to ensure high-quality solutions tailored to each client's needs.

I lead the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and oversee the Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+I) area. I manage demand while supporting the team in designing and implementing efficient solutions. My role bridges strategic and operational perspectives, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. I also take part in presales efforts, tool evaluations and the development of solutions for both internal and external clients.
Carlos Domeniconi
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
As Chief Human Resources Officer, I manage all talent-related processes across the organization. I oversee recruitment, professional development, training, internal communications, and workplace culture. I actively support our teams in their daily dynamics and long-term goals, focusing on professional growth and building a strong, people-centered organizational culture. My purpose is to foster well-being, engagement, and continuous development, promoting a positive and sustainable work environment.
As Administration and Finance Manager, I’m responsible for the financial strategy that ensures efficient and sustainable resource management across the company. I coordinate financial planning, budget control and economic analysis to support the company’s growth with transparency and resilience. I also oversee personnel administration, including payroll, labor documentation, employee onboarding/offboarding, and regulatory compliance. This dual function allows me to integrate financial vision with human capital management, promoting aligned decision-making and employee well-being.
